New Year

yo2 peeps. wassup?lol that line seems to be used very frequently by me nowadays. hahaha. anyways,another year comes to an end in about an hour plus time. this year have been good. well somewhat good since the good outweighs the bad. and about my resolution for this year..hmmm...lets see

• much more frends.-checked
  
• reconcile wit old nemesis.-errrr...cant say..hahaha
  
• improve my grades-checked
  
• improve my self image.-checked
  
• watch more TV!!-errr...checked..does this mean good??hahaha
  
• more time for games!!-errr...checked..again same qns is it good??hahaha
  
• playin soccer wit frends!!(tis yr whole year has been a "no-show"for soccer)-checked
  
• maintain weight and have bigger muscles??-checked and unchecked..

well...not that bad actually. almost had all the resolutions done. well. actually i did more than i had for my resolution. so 2008 a year of success for me. in terms of my life but when it comes to footballing front been quite disappointing year for my beloved arsenal. o well..my life matters more.hahaha.

so on to 2009 resolution. lets see. 2009 looks to be important year for me in terms of poly cos i will in my year 3. the all important year 3. my final year as a polytechnic student and the year they say its the "make or break" year. besides that i got other stuffs on my mind that i really want to do in 2009. like getting my driving license. others is just basicly improving myself. basicly i just want to challenge myself further and imrpove myself more. besides my own benefits i would also love to have some peace in 2009 after a hectic few years of war in the world. and hope singapore can ride this economic storm that is brewing away.

on to my resolutions for the year 2009:

• Improve my grades further and hopefully a GPA of 3.
• Get my major project 2009 done
• Improve my self-image
• Get my driving license
• Get angry less
• Be more sociable(people think i am too "boring and action looking" when they dunno me)
• Buy more Arsenal stuff(hehehe..bro u better rmb this!!)
• Exercise and play soccer more

well i think thats about it. certain peeps of mine want me to have a GF soon.hahaha..i won't put that as my resolution cos that's tad too hard. ;p hahaha. its a very do-able list and if i don't do almost all this resolution than its quite a failure. in fact some of them i have already started out. in the minor phases. anyways, as i am writing this the final hour of 2008 has already began to tick down. so goodbye 2008 and thank u for the memories. regardless whether they r good or bad memories. its still a memorable 2008. now to 2009. the final year of my teenage life. May 2009 be a year of joy and full of good memories to all people out there and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! till the next post and my 1 post of 2009 adios amigoes and senoritas!!:)

the hols so far......

hello2...back to posting today about the week so far. well nothing of note happen. besides the footballing side. lol. anyways, this week has just been jam-packed with projects. thank goodness finish 1 liao, just left with 1 more to do. that will leave it till the school reopens. anyways, the project discussion was a success since it was the whole group that met together and discuss. not just a small portion and hey it finished fast cos of tt. hopefully no more bickering among ourselves. well that's it about the study front. and ohh,i also involved in the open hse. all "year 2 nursing students" have to be involved..-.-..and i will be the friendly guide. errr...provide the tour of nyp..hahahahaha..meh,a chance to meet more people and expand my social network.hahaha

Into the footballing front. Singapore K.Oed against the vietnamese and i would say we were pretty unlucky in the 2nd leg but hey we rode our luck in the 1st leg. so i guess the more clinical vietnamese deserves to go thru. and kudos to the fans who turn up and tried to re-create the moment of the 'kallang roar'...alas, not to be we were K.Oed by a lapse in concentration in defend and a very2 blunt strikeforce. and of course after that defeat Arsenal then decided to take the headlines for the wrong reasons. 1st Cesc got injured(out for 4mths) then adebayor got send off for a second bookable offence. what a rubbish ref. if he got sent off for that then lucas should be sent off 3 times. horrible officiating. enough of that i guess..lol..

well that's about it actually. hopeful can go out to sentosa with my peeps this week before the school reopens. lets hope to find some time this week k people...hahahahaha...anyways,that's about it lah..anyways,to all my those who celebrate christmas, may u have a jolly good Christmas!!till next time its me signing off...adios peeps!!!

update

ok2...back to posting...i know my blog is becoming rusty by the minute. hahahaha. lazy lah to update. besides i have been branded "slacker" so i must keep up to that labeling rite. -.- yeah this week have been a f**k week on erm social terms. hahahhaa..on the study front i have been doing quite well actually. a slacker doing well in 2 tests possibly 3 if u want to count bio(which i think will B) doesn't seem to bad. B for Stats and A for research methods capped a good week on the study front. other than that its been a shitty week. lets start....

1st of all my nephew got sick. apparently DKA(DiabeticKetoAcidosis)which is basicly meaning very2 high concentration of sugar in the blood for all the layman out there. so admitted to KKH and diagnoses with Type 1 Diabetes. so sad. small kid already like that. so have to curb his sugar intake. its more sad to see him in hospital with all the blood taking and hypocount monitoring. and all those IV lines to keep him hydrated. so sad. that's y i can't work in the peads unit. i am pity them too much that i won't be able to take care of em professionally.

then my after all that, my mom got hemorrhoids. rush her to A&E(TTSH) in the morning. luckily the bleeding site has started to clot so they just give her suppository and haemorrhage medicine and go home. and right smack in the middle of all this madness i had a mate in school calling me a "slacker"...-.-...no comments. and all this accumulates to stress. n i can't get stress. the moment i stressed myself out i will have left sided chest pain. most likely musculoskeletal problem cos my ECG seems fine. now u know y i slack. i can't get stressed. thank u very much for contributing to my chest pain for the whole of thursday and friday.

and on top of all that...arsenal are playing like s**t...grrr...song,diaby,bendtner u guys are just a bunch of useless buggers. grrr...sign a DM pls mr wenger. hahaha..as if he reads this blog. but really it saddens me to see how useless arsenal have become now. we used to be the invincibles now we are just a bunch of pussies who always back out of strong physical teams. haiz...o yeah arsenal u are a fraction cause of that chest pain. dumb crap.-.-... n o yeah i pulled my shoulder muscle after carrying the korban meat back to my home..wth..hahaha...-.-..

update for the week

alrite2 back to updating....hmmm this week has been quite a ok2 week. its quite damn actually that i have back to back nursing lab theory and practical. on a hindsight, it was quite good cos all i study for this week. hahaha...hmm on to theory..quite a easy paper considering it was tough as crap last sem. barely enuff time to finish the paper..wait..i didnt complete the paper. hahaha..hoping to get around C or B at least. then the pracs today. n yes its the 1st day of tests today. n i always go into the guinea pig grp. usualy 1st day curse=most people fail on 1st day. BUT today the curse was lifted cos none from my class failed today and rumours has it many from other classes did well as well. HURRAY!!!hahaha..yes i passed the pracs today. thks to the lecturer for being kind. :) other than that, i didnt do much expt for the soccer tournament last sat which didnt make it pass the 1st rd after waiting for 6hrs? yes2 no excuses but seriously i was tired of waiting by the time match started. o well. theres always other tournament. next week theres one. 7 v 7..cmon team we can go far!!!
well next week also another week full of test. stats and bio. n of course presentation as well. o well...at least its more happening..lol..n i dunno whether i will be involved in the open hse or not..lol.. i didnt update my no so i have no idea whether they msg me or not. lol.. ok la..thats abt it for this post. till the next one adios amigoes and senoritas..yes bun..i would luv to learn spanish..lol..

life update

alrite back to posting...been quite lazy to post recently...too drained out from skool to do much posting...hahaha..anyways..life has been the same lately to update anything interesting..haha..alritelah..about this week...hmm...usual stuffs...monday-8am..hw sad is tat..a 8AM CLASS!!!!!!lol...mentally draining day full with lectures...the lecture day..lol..home @ 1700 hours..tues-9 am for project..and a certain argument broke out...well..we are all professional enough to continue on with the project as if nothing happen for the sake of project completion. ends skool @ 1700 hours..
wed-started @ 9am and finish @ 3pm with clinical lab as last lesson...really pushing hard in clinical lab to do the skills so that we all can passed the clinical lab assessment. then after that went to BBDC for my practice session. walk as slowly as i can as i got alot of time.hahahaha...and also the day when Obama is voted as the next American President..congrats to him..the 1st black president in US history. hope that is the turning point in the crisis in the world. make the economy back to where it was before if not better.
today-started @ 9am again for project. professional enough again to continue doing the project. and the day where stats is the main course of the day. for god sakes, that has to be the most mind-draining module ever taken by me in NYP. ridiculous freaking maths. lol..n still my head hurts now cos of that. haiz..n tml its @ 8am...8AM!!!!!grrrr!!!!! where's my sleep...hahaha..going to go to bed early today.cannot tahan liao..so tired..lol..okla..thats all for tis post..till next time adios peeps...

alrite2 back to posting...well..tis post is actually abt the sunday cukur rambut of my cuzzin's daughter Ian Dhia Qistina..cool name rite?lol..hmm...mus make a note to myself to put my future children's name oso sound cool like hers..lol...alrite...went there at abt 2plus and sat there n eat n chill till abt 1530 n off we go back home..too hot to jus stay there...the weather has been very2 the hot lately..cannot tahan..lol..n oso tis was my sis' last outing b4 goin back there..1 more yr b4 i see her here again..hopefully next time ard she comes back for real n stay here n work..:p...hahaha...

the past week

alrite..back to posting about the week...nothing much happen in skool..the same boring lessons..n for god sakes stats is sucking the life out of me...i cant stay awake tat much..trying my best but still i open my eyes without anything registering..so sad...haiz..hw like tat?sumore got test coming up on week 8..-.-..n project discussions aldy lined up...basicly i will hv no life starting tis coming week..9am routine again..-.-..penat2..thk goodness tis weekend long weekend..more rest b4 having my life suck out of me...grrrr...the crazy nyp life has restarted and the best part is i got a freaking attachment from week 14 onwards..then after tat exams..-.-..hw like tat?grrrr...n from initial talks my whole class is involved in the open hse...wtf...all so squeezy...-.-..

okla..i better stop ranting..mus take one step at a time..lol..so anyways..last sunday went to watch Max Payne wit my sis...the movie was based on a video game for ur update...it looks interesting but the movie lack the plot n only the action scenes saved it from being a super crappy movie..so i will give it 2.5/5 stars..

so anyways...tats tat..nw to the upcoming week...sis goin back there on monday..quite sad really cos my crazy partner is goin off..lol...so nw i cn only go crazy by myself...lol..n oso red alert 3 is releasing on tat day...definitely goin to get tat..hehehe...geek for games...lol...any FPS and strategic games i like..but sadly...i doubt i hv much time to play the games considering my bz schedule..lol..so anyways..other than tat its deepavali on monday...so HAPPY DEEPAVALI to all indian people celebrating it..:) alrite la...tats all for tis post..until next time seeya ppl..

the saturday outing

alrite2...back to posting...goin to blog abt today's hari raya outing with my family...alrite..went out at abt 3pm to one of cousin's hse for a open hse...i tink..lol..well..did i get duit raye?errr...no..lol..yeah..its hard to get duit raye nowadays..hahaha..understandable wit my age(18 is classified old apprently)...n o yeah..i finally said it..one of my cousin( i tink) pretty la..oo tat sound so wrong..lol..from there went to my aunt's hse on my maternal side...n thks very much bro for making 2 trips so u cn pick us up..:)..hahahahaha...so long nvr visit em..of course my aunts there has been very generous since i was small so i got duit raya...n its so nice to visit em after so long not seeing em..frm there went to my family's close frends since god knows wen..lol..very tired by the time reaches there..lol..& frm there home...aaaahhh...so tats all for the trip..i hate describing things too much..:P...

ok2...tis is way to belated of a post...but anyways...today post is about the jln raya on sat wit my ex msl mates...well...my post wont be as exciting as zaha's jln raye post but i will still write it..lol..anyways...sat jln raye was quite mild cos it was to b 4M3 jln raye but ended up only abt 6 of us actually went..-.-...so nw it became ex-msl jln raye cos the rest of msl gang join in..went to hilman's hse 1st ate n move to rasul where we converged wit the "rest of msl"...at rasul is where we were stuck for abt 2hrs cos of PS3..-.-...guitar hero to cod4 then finally we move out butts out..went to saiful then hazirah then hadi then mine...after mine...the "rest of msl" left whhile the remaining went to bun...was suppose to go to malik after tat but we were all too tired so tk jadi..reach home ard 11.45-12...

ok2..back to posting today about my result..lol..released last week tues..hmmm...hows the result?better than i anticipated it to be..at least improvement from last sem..lol..but sum result quite disappointing..like bio..again failing to get an "A"..haiz..just cant seem to break the curse..haiz..ok2..heres the result

ok lets start wit the exams..ratings on possible results i might get..

Adult Nursing=hope for an A for this one..but most likely a B or worst of all a C

Abnormal psych/behavior modification=tis one has to go down as a scrape fpr a pass..lols..

Mental Health=possible A or at most worst a C..

Biological Science=ehhh...possible A..paper was quite decent..but sumhow my gut feeling tells me i am goin to get another B for this..sigh..

Pharmaco=the most surprsing paper of the lot..easier than i thought...which scares me considering the paper i will always assume "ok" or "easy" always end up on the wrong end of the spectrum..possible A or B..

yo2...wats up peeps?sori abt not blogging tt much recently..been bz n at the same tyme bored n too upset to blog..lol...bz n upset linked together..y?..cos my god damn PC blow up..to b exact my vid card..it was all blackened at the back...wat the hell happen i dunno...nw i did wan to show u the burned part but sumhow....my phone has broken down nw..:(..ok..tis is sum sort of shit bad luck happening to all my electrical appliances..nehmind..so had to dismantled my old com n refix certain parts to my laptop to get internet n games..lol..n it worked..lol..my mini desktop..bought my new com over the weekend..sat wen to buy it at Sim Lim Square..features?intel quad duo,kingston 4gb memory card,seagate 640GB(2 partition)hard drive,nVidia 9800GX2, asus striker 2 motherboard,Xfi xtreme gamer soundcard,750W power n a cheap LG dvd drive..lol..casing looked like a generator..lol.....new com nicknamed "The Generator"..lol..so yeah had it fix on sat but got prob n had to return to Sim Lim to check wat the hell happen on sunday..n its god damn heavy u know having to transfer tis thing...damn tiring weekend...lol...finally2...it worked!!!! this thing made COD4 like a easy pie..lol..

hello2 peeps..i am back to posting abt the week...hmm..tis week hv been up n down..actually alot of down then up actually..n am pissed off a little s i am typing tis so yeah definitely alot of downs then ups..alritela..lets start in the order of the day...

Monday-lets see...the worse day of my life..tormented me for the rest of the week cos of my failure in my 1st attempt of the clinical prac assessment..haiz..n worse of all..i injured my hand after the ampoule broke..ouch..

Tuesday-errr...feeling lousy cos of monday..went home n drowned my sorrow by gaming..n all my peeps there cheered me up..lol..n sori yeah ppl(as if they read my blog..pfft)for killing u guys too much to relieved my couped up frustration..lol...

Wednesday-errr...determined to show wat i cn do...still feeling lousy but had tis determination mood slowly returning to me..had a mock reassessment wit my clinical lect..shes one of the strict lects u cn ever find..but all in all tink she wans us to b better nurses..n god damn tired...

Thursday-continued my practice..n oso the day the new aircon was fixed...another tiring day cos hv to clean liao after they finished..n the rearrangement back of furnitures r reali back-breaking..lol..yeah sis...ur room new arrangement liao..lol..

Friday-the day where i hv mixed feelings...happy cos i passed my reassessment...WOHOOO!!n thought of goin out celebrating but lazy liao..lol..jus kidding abt celebration...lol...btw..the lect who took me for assessment damn nice ah..lol..n oso i was pissed off at sumtink..if tat person is reading tis post..for god sakes..its ok today cant go out..but nt replying my sms jus pissed me off to the max..i wan to rant more abt it but i rather nt cos i dun wan to hurt ppl feeling tat much..pfft..i wonder ppl will do tat to in return..

Sat-errr...COD4 day..lol..literally..jus sat there n kick ass..lol...Hitman_G rocks..lol..n all in all today fun...

hello peeps..back to posting...so..tis whole week and next week is spent in CDC..tis week have been quite fun,tiring and scary at the same tyme...i do stuffs tat i havent done b4..hahaha..I have never been on an ambulance b4 n tis attachment hv provided me wit tat..so damn cool lah to get a ride on the ambulance..hahaha..n tat is oso thks to kak susi..lol...her father's name same s me lah..hw cool is tat..hahaha..hope to werk wit her again..hahaha..But the diseases there are scaring the living crap out of me...esp those airborne cases..today there is 4 airborne precaution pts..n i know 3 are PTB cases..PTB=pulmonary tuberculosis-spread by airborne..n for all ppl out there..i always prob wit my N95 mask...always seemed to misfit me..so i risked myself by going into this rooms..haiz..guess tats the risk of this job..and all other precautions are just scaring me..haiz..life's a risk at this place..part and parcel of nurses' life...anyways,the CI nt tat bad s initially thought..irritating but after tinking carefully all she wans to do is just improve us and become much better2 nurses..

hello2 peeps..blogged here today abt my 1st day at CDC 1....1st of all let me begin by saying tat i dunwan to go attachment rite nw...my mind is programmed such tat its still in skool mode..lol...so anyways,despite looking like a drunken man i still got up and go to CDC today...but wen i reach there,my god....the place dun looked like a healthcare facility...lol...it looked like those old kampung style...hmm...come to tink of it its quite cool..hahaha...anyways,4 ur update,the ward its either in containers or small cottages...hahaha...n oh.. no canteen mates..NO CANTEEN!! to get ur food pls kindly proceed to either the coffeeshops on balestier lane or TTSH which is abt 10mins away...hmph!!bringing my food aldy...malas siol to walk tat far..hahaha...other than tat its actually quite ok...the Clinical Nursing Educator looks ok and friendly and the skool's Lecturers/Facilitators r quite ok s well..all trying to improve us s nurses...the nurses there r ok s well...esp the noon kakaks jus nw...hahaha...thk u for guiding lost NYP students for the final 2 hrs..hahaha..like s if they r goin to read tis post..hahaha..oklah,tml i am on noon shift...lets hope it will b decently bz...hate lagging ard too much...oklah folks...tats all for todays post...more concrete post at the end of the week..for nw adios peeps...

1st week of skool

hello2...wat up peeps??hw u all been doin?me the 1st week has been ok..nothing to b overly excited abt and nothing to b overly unhappy abt..tired abit cos skool has been finishing quite late..haiz..got nite class leh on tuesday..hahaha..used to it in sum sense cos i used to have tutions at nite so i am quite well adjusted to it..besides my tyme wit tis class has been brilliant..seems to have excitement n fun everyday..hahaha...other than tat,the lecturers seemed to make tis semester the "killer" in our tyme here in NYP..haiz..make us more stress liao...aldy stress after seeing our schedule..so full mate..4 weeks of skool then off to attachment for 4 weeks then break then nursing skills test...haiz..got 1 more day to finish our our 1st week..hmm..starts class 9am then finish ard 1pm..then off to gym to gain back my fitness...n maybe can "cuci mata" much more tml..:p..hehehe..got to love the club crawl..hahahaha...nothing can get much hotter in NYP so far then tat gerl jus nw...hahahaha...ok lah peeps...b4 i go all crazy i shall signed off nw...adios peeps..

The B4 skool starts post..

hello2 peeps..promised more regular post so here i am wit tis update..nothing much to update since the chalet..hmm...lets see..went out to buy books on fri wit my mates..n onli got 4 bks out of the 7..crap..n the best part is the 1st lesson is Nursing Lab on mon n the books isnt available..such a damning thing..went to buy books wit yanti and summer..met faizal in skool who was having a fun tyme doin the orientation..hmm..got to say sum of the yr 1 r nt bad..:P..hahaha..

then went to watch "Street Kings" ytd wit summer..initially faizal n yanti was supposed to come along but were unavailable for various reasons..so off i went wit her..went to causeway pt again(damn..got to stop watching movies there)..bought the tics then go repair her phone..movie itself is one damn violent movie..almost the same as "shoot em' up" wit more brains and better storyline..finish movie ard 2100 went to eat then go for a walk ard the admiralty bazaar..then off to home for me..reach home ard 2315...

And skool is starting tml...haiz...4 weeks of skool then i am off to attachment again...first to CDC then to KK for paeds posting..no bad learning new stuffs..hmmm...mixed emotions abt starting skool tml...i am excited to start another crazy skool life and mit the new yr 1s..hahaha...but lazy to wake up early sak...haiz..n its goin to b 1 impt yr for me...a mus pass for BCLS if nt i cant become a nurse..wat more pressure cn i ask for??hahahaha...n its goin to b 1 squeezy yr for me..to the new yr 1s....enjoy the early part of ur yr 1 b4 the torture begins...hahaha...on tat note adios peeps...n i will b seeing all my NYP mates in skool!!

a simple friday update

hello2..hw u all been mates??for me nothing much...jus chill and went out a couple of times..tats all..nothing of interesting so update has also been dry..hehehe..yeah2..i know excuses..well jus update today to show my crappy results...still got my minimum target which is 2.5 for my gpa..so tats all the consolation i cn get frm tis result..damn it..well almost all i predicted for i got tat grade..but gpa is damn disappointing..wat to do??

wat up ppl!!!i am on hols now...again hols means a few changes to myself..its all in the gd name of improving myself..things has already changed in just a few days of hols..hahaha...tyme to replenish myself for the attachment..drained after a hard few days n weeks preparing for the exams and finishing the last few assignments..now its tyme for me to just slack off in bed..hehehe..tis is wat i call life..sleeping..hahaha...have other plans of course besides slacking off..cant wait for it..hehehe...

My belated bday post

hello2...back to update today..lazy but still update...hahaha..been a good week sumwat...cos nt much lessons...hehehe..n oso i hv solved the doubts i hv in my head..everything seems clear nw..hahaha...oso passed my HA at the 2nd attempt n PNPE is finally finished n our hard work has pay off...hahaha..nw every single energy tat i hv is focused on exercise n exams..wohoo!!! BRING ON THE EXAMS!!!hahahaha...today went back to my old skool to go for the NPCC "reunion" n i marvelled n at sum of the changes..cant believe there r using biometrics nw for attendance...n it was oso nice to c my mates back after a long tyme...so thks mates for creating it...hehehe..hope to hv more of it...hahaha..alrite lah...onli short post today cos very tired liao..hahaha..will likely to post on monday...on tat note adios amigoes n senoritas who reads my blog..hahaha...

hello2...back to posting today...wanted to blog ytd but lazy ah...too much stuffs to do...n yes ppl its PNPE...our grp's "fave" module...WEEE!!!killing me i tell u...sibeh tiring lah...thks god tml tis hell will end...then i cn focus on exams...oso will hv HA retest tml...WEEE!!!hahaha...today was quite a day where emotions reali fly for me...n no i am nt having PMS or sumtink like tat...jus tat sum ppl is reali pushing my patience to the limit...all i cld say is jus dun push too far or u will reali get hurt emotionally..of course no physical lah...its mostly gerls...duhh...today was oso a day where i learn BCLS...basicly means basic cardiac life support which is saving sumone's life by CPR or removing foreign body to remove choking...cool eh??o well...hahaha...n its not as easy doin CPR as sum ppl tink it is...nurses will know it is quite a exercise to do it...hahaha..sum pics of our pracs today...haha Sha...with the assessment stage of CPR..

back to posting peeps..been crazy wit skool work tis week..absolute crazy...the business end of the skool calendar has started again...n as if skool work aint enuff i hv alot of qns in my mind which has been remained unanswered and i hv tis thoughts abt sumtink/sumone which jus seemed unreal n unrealistic..again proved hw dumb i cn be...haiz..tis week actually is quite weird lah..jus seemed to b a week to forget and rmb for various reasons..to forget cos arsenal got absolutely hammered by spurs 5-1 which is crap mates..then i hv seen behaviours by certain individuals which jus seemed to b a mirror imaged of my character wen i was in sec sch..n it felt so strange tat it wasnt me doin tat..then all tis accidents and incidents which u dun see often like hw a repair train broke down...weird...to rmb..quite fun actually wit my mates who jus seemed to b crazy always n tat video was jus so funny.the funniest i hv ever saw..hahaha..n other reasons which i wont say...cos then cn create grandfather stories liao..hahaha..another week is coming to an end...n my payday is tml!!!WEEE!!!PS3 here i come...hahahha...haiz...goin to spend one of my most high expenditure ever achieved by me..having nightmares of my $$$ disappearing..hahaha..yeah2 i know..i am a cheap bloke wen it comes to tis...hehehe..ok lah...tats all the update for tis week...hoping to c a clearer pic of all those things in my mind by nxt week's post...hehehe..on tat note adios amigoes..
